"DeSean Jackson has a concussion and has quite a little bit of soreness in his shoulder and neck area," he said. The concussion is "severe," according to the NFL.
Reid added that he's in "good spirits."
"It's not like amnesia set in," Reid said. "He remembered his touchdowns and all the things that happened."
